Absolutely. I love the community of Medium, but is honestly the reason I went from posting every day to once or twice a week. It just seemed fruitless. I finally joined Newsbreak and while it has a lot of things that need improving, it has made writing seem more worth it. For example, this month alone, publishing the same stories at almost the same time of day: Medium: $7.32, NB: $259.17. Given, I get almost no meaningful feedback from readers on NB, which makes me wish that Medium would get their act together.
