He wasn't being aggrssive towards you or any female. He was referring to what he had seen during his time in police training. As a former female officer, if a man would have come up and grab me from behind, my male counterparts would not have been gentle with him. He's speaking about his experience with people who don't always understand boundaries. At least that's what I got from it.
