No idea really. I would just assume that she was very "focused on her career", but that's just my personal speculation. She's been married, but there were statements made insuniating that she was a lesbian, to which she quickly responded: “It’s disgusting. It’s false. It’s a bald faced lie,” per an article I found. Don't guess she cared for that.
