Such a terrible story. I was a 911 dispatcher for 17 years and trained new employees. Denise's story was used during training as an example of just how one small mistake (although there were so many in this instance) can result in the loss of life. I attended many training courses that mentioned her case. I've always wanted to hear her husband speak, but never have unfortunately.
