This is why there are so many sexual assault survivors that do not come forward. As a women's self defense instructor and a former 911 dispatcher, I have heard these women's stories. What's the one thing that they are most afraid of? That they will not be believed. It's a sad world that we live in that women are still being forced into sex acts and then are put on trial themselves.
